Holy Rosary Catholic Primary School

For girls and boys | Pre‑kindergarten to Year 6 | Outside school hours care

Doubleview | Western Australia

Welcome to our school

Mark de Kluyver | Principal

With engaging and committed teachers, a welcoming community and excellent location and facilities, Holy Rosary provides a values-focussed Catholic education. Our school values of truth, love and knowledge guide all our interactions.

We are a Catholic primary school for girls and boys, offering classes from three-year-old Pre-Kindy through to Year 6, with two classes in each year group. We also provide outside school hours care.

Our school is a place for exploration, imagination and investigation. Each child in our care is challenged and supported according to their interests and needs.

If you are interested in joining our Holy Rosary community, please get in touch – we would love to hear from you.

Joy-filled childhood

Every child at Holy Rosary is valued, known and heard, empowering them to use their talents in doing good for their world, and forming enduring friendships in their joy-filled childhood.

What we offer

A play-based and inquiry-focused approach to learning is central at Holy Rosary. We believe that when children are engaged and having fun, they will be eager to learn.

Engaging teachers

Engaging teachers are at the very heart of our school.

Inspiring spaces

Children need inspiring spaces where they can explore, imagine and play.

Contemporary classrooms

The way children learn has changed dramatically over the past few decades.

Welcoming community

Our community welcomes, supports and befriends new families.

Our school spirit

Truth | Love | Knowledge

We welcome both Catholic and non-Catholic families who share our values. The spirit of Holy Rosary is founded on the Dominican tradition of truth, love and knowledge, with the school's motto 'Veritas' meaning 'Truth'.

The practical and hands-on 'Making Jesus Real' program brings the Catholic faith to life in our school by showing children ways to live it every day. Students undertake the sacraments of Reconciliation, Holy Communion and Confirmation through Our Lady of the Rosary (Doubleview) parish.

SIENA CENTER

Holy Rosary has a special needs centre which caters for children with a range of disabilities, run by our team of highly specialised and dedicated teachers and assistants. All students are part of a mainstream class where they can learn with their friends, as well as spend time at the Siena Centre for individualised programs in Literacy and Mathematics.
